Payment Policies
We endeavour to keep things as straightforward as possible. On full completion of small scale jobs we would require payment within 7 days of the invoice date.
On larger jobs like extensions, new builds and conversions we implement a stage payment scheme. All stage payments will be outlined in your contract which we will ask you to sign before confirmation of your provisional start date. The stage payments will work in a similar way, and payment will be required as each stage of the job is completed.
We do not ask for large deposits, never more than 10% of the total price quoted. On larger jobs we need a deposit to confirm your start date as cancellations can be very costly for us.
