This project transformed an existing house into a spacious and modern family home through a series of carefully planned extensions and internal alterations. The works included the addition of a large rear orangery-style extension with bi-fold doors opening onto the garden, and a two-storey side extension that provided valuable extra living space and a generous master bedroom suite with its own dressing room and ensuite.

What we did
Throughout the project, the aim was to modernise the property while keeping it in keeping with the original house. A new entrance feature, larger windows, and a complete refurbishment of the hallway and staircase helped bring more natural light into the home and create a stronger sense of arrival. Internally, the layout was redesigned to improve the flow between rooms and make better use of the available space, resulting in a bright, practical home that is perfectly suited to modern family life.

As a family we couldn't have built our dream home without Shaun and the amazing people that work with/for him. We could wholeheartedly trust and rely on everyone that worked on our build and for that we are truly grateful ! They went above and beyond to make sure things in our house were always accurate, fair and would look the best they could. Thank you so so much !!!
